The work was carried out to a very high standard. He even took note of our dogs dietary requirements and gave us advice on the products he was using and how it could affect the dog and precautions. This was not an issue though. He also very informative about the procedure due to us having a baby in the house. Would really recommend Carl. Lovely person and very professional.

Carl is the most helpful and efficient pest control person I have met and wont use anyone else. He knows its distressing for people having to deal with this sort of thing and gets things sorted asap for you. He knows what he's doing more than most and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

Environmentally friendly in that he uses dogs and ferrets rather than poison.

Don't call anyone else - you have found your man. Carl is extremely personable, friendly and passionate about his job. I had used pest controllers previously who have only baited. Using his dogs, ferrets and various other methods, Carl identified our problems immediately which you would never have been able to do using bait alone. The nests of our large rat population were identified by the dogs in locations you would never have found. They were then dealt with in a humane way. Carl is very thorough and knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to use him again and definitely recommend.
