We have had 2 different companies try to remove bed bugs and they couldn't/ Carl removed then 1st time. Highly recommended. Exceptional service.

I was extremely pleased with the work carried out Carl visited several times first to bate and lay traps and then several others to check the traps and dispose of dead mice. We have had not further infestations of mice since.

Carl was great and couldn't have been more helpful. I was very stressed when I discovered I had a rat coming into my home so I appreciated that despite being very busy, he found time to see me at short notice, outside normal office hours. He is great with his animals and working in this traditional way means it's possible to trace where rodents are coming from and how they're getting inside with a degree of confidence that's not possible with regular pest control. All told I highly recommend this service.

Carl was extremely professional and punctual. He arranged to come round on the same day that I texted him, dealt with the pest invasion humanely and sensitively and came back the following day to check. I was extremely impressed.
