We contacted Gemma as we had seen flying insects around an upstairs dormer window. She came the next day and confirmed it was wasps. Thankfully, she was able to treat the nest without the need for ladders. While treating the nest, she spotted another nest nearer to ground level and treated that as well. We would recommend Gemma and would call her back should we discover any more nests later in the year.

Carl came out to help me when I was hearing scratching coming from the loft. He was round the following day after I called him. Straight away he put me at ease and explained the process to me so I knew exactly what he was doing. Carl was very professional and friendly throughout the process. He even went to my neighbours house as he had figured out the problem was coming from there. He carried out work in both houses and got to the bottom of the problem. I cannot thank Carl enough for everything he has done. I will definitely recommend him to anyone with a pest problem! Thank you so much.

Though he was very busy, Carl came out to my property so quickly. We had a rat issue, but with the help of Carl and his dogs this was soon sorted. Carl was also great with advice for preventing further issues, along with being a genuinely kind, courteous and funny person, we were so pleased we used his services!

Carl was very responsive and despite being incredibly busy, he managed to fit me in. He was very friendly and offered a variety of services that he could offer. He fitted a one way valve in the pipes, used his dog and bait to identify where the rats were coming into the house and used a treatment on the loft to kill the cluster flies. At no point did we feel Carol was just trying to make money off us, and he provided us with options which we decided on. We were very happy with Carl and will definitely use him again if the problem returns, but hopefully that will be the end of it.

Carl responded quickly to our call and dealt with a wasps nest very effectively. A pleasure to meet Carl - courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. Pleased we used Pestbusters East Kent through Checkatrade.

My husband has a wasp allergy so it was important that the nest was removed. Carl turned up very quickly and the work was carried out efficiently. We realised that the wasp’s might have got access into a void connected to the porch roof so he ended up spraying a second lot of poison into it. We would highly recommend him.

Carl did a fantastic job. Very knowledge, used his dog to check for nests. No nests found but we had evidence of rat runs in garden under a fence. Used bait boxes over 3 visits. Bait eaten and no more rat movements near our fences. Very efficient job.

I phoned Carl up sunday afternoon and he came round on a bank holiday Monday to sort out the wasps. He was a very knowledgeable,professional and lovely person to talk. All wasps have now left the building the next day. Highly recommended. Thank you Stuart

Gemma visited me 3 times and spent a good while each time discussing her plan of action and dates by which I could expect certain outcomes. She was polite and thorough throughout and also replied to messages promptly.

Carl attended three times in order to be sure the rat eradication strategy he proposed worked. His first visit was incredibly thorough inspecting all areas of my property to identify the point of entry and all areas where rats were active - some unexpected! Through the three visits he has eradicated the infestation in my house, principally in the attic. He installed non return flaps on drain outfalls from my house in the sewer manhole. Carl is a stickler for thoroughness, a keen guardian of his reputation and he is an interesting and pleasant person to deal with. Unreservedly recommended.
